- Support corporate as well as small group travel reservations, while maintaining optimal travel alternatives.
- Act to ensure efficient travel operations, in accordance with organisational policies and guidelines.
- Confirm reservations, distributes tickets along with confirmations to traveler.
- Maintain and update Travel orders and any system related forms.
- Research and resolve all incorrect charges/penalties, in accordance with organisational policies and guidelines.
- Review travel associated invoices as well as statements for accuracy.
- Ensure to compare invoices with genuine travel transactions to validate every charge.
- Collect information from travel agent and hotels vendors etc.
- Keeping track of pending requests and their status.
- Responding to incoming calls/inquiries.
