Brief Description:
As a member of the Sejel Consulting team – the Project Manager will be responsible for delivering Oracle technology implementation projects on time and on budget in the Government /Private/Local markets. This role is expected to substantially focus on Oracle technology implementation (especially Oracle Identity Management / upgrade work involving Oracle Technology.
We are searching for an experienced consulting professional who is a Project Manager and has a broad understanding of Oracle technology/applications, implementation methodologies, project estimating, client communications, and project and proposal leadership.
This Project Manager role is responsible for project management of technology/ERP implementation projects. The successful candidate will provide direct management and oversight to projects and will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the client project strategies.
Detailed Job Description:
Responsibilities:
· Project initiation activities, including Sales to Implementation Services transition
· Project Planning
· Support for Project Estimating and Proposal/RFP response support
· Scope and Change Request Management
· Risk Management
· Client and stakeholder communication
· Solution/delivery quality
· Project Status Reporting, external and internal
· Budget management and revenue forecasting management, per Project
· Internal communication and coordination
Experience Required:
· 5+ years of experience relevant to this position, including 3 years of project with the Governemnt. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity. Comfortable working in a consulting and/or matrix management environment. Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus.
· Government/ ERP/Technology Projects Experience
· Selling skills preferred.
· Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
Job Requirements/
· Experience leading Oracle Technology / Oracle Identity & Access Management projects
· Experience in Oracle Identity Management projects, a plus
· 5+ years’ experience in systems applications consulting (ERP/Technology), either externally with a large Tier-One SI/Consulting firm or ERP Vendor.
· Bachelor’s degree preferably in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
· Broad product technology or industry expertise.
· All candidates will need the ability to travel up to 100%, as needed in the KSA
· All candidates must be legally entitled to work in the KSA and travel as needed.
