The Country Director has responsibility for driving the performance of the business in the country and maximizing Country’s Operating Profit, Return on Investment and Return on Cash.

The Country Manager has full responsibility to grow the country’s business revenues and profit margins. The CM owns and executes the country growth plans and will build the necessary team to achieve this objective.

The CM works with regional and group functional leaders to execute against the country’s set objectives and has ultimate accountability for all the functions within the country including Sales, Development, Marketing, Operations, Finance and HR Administration.
