Responsible and ensure in obtaining IBRCS approval of all orders submitted by Purchasing Department.

Responsible and ensure to obtain import permit though government hospitals.

Responsible for processing SGH tender, NUPCO Tender and MODA Tender through Saudi FDA application.

Coordinating with Purchasing on daily basis to ensure orders been checked and update them with the status.

Coordinating with branches related to their orders and to provide required support.

Coordinating with any other departments to provide any required documents for their order/s.

Assisting colleague in the department whenever necessary.

Performs other duties and takes responsibilities as assigned.
