Oversee new and current thermal energy projects through development and into construction
Identify and evaluate strategic sites for possible development
Negotiate land purchase and or lease agreements with landowners
Initiate and manage generation interconnection activities
Evaluate fuel supply options with potential suppliers
Implement community outreach programs with landowners, community leaders and environmental organizations
Oversee and lead project permitting and approval processes with local, state and federal agencies, both local land use and environmental permitting
Oversee specialty consultants hired to evaluate potential project impacts such as environmental, cultural and historical, noise, traffic, etc.
Evaluate and optimize project design – Oversee Owner’s Engineer, EPC Contractors, etc.
Support project financing efforts
