Key objective: To maintain company accounts including all functions and to produce monthly trial Balance and Accounts reporting.
Main Tasks of the role:
- Record all journal entries into IT accounting system
- Settle vendor invoices as due
- Track bank account entries and mirror in accounting
- Analyze investment opportunity financial models
- Collect dividend and joint-venture income and record into bank
- Process management expense reports into Accounts
- VAT return
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the line manager
