1. Day closing review and reconciliation of sales, discounts and cash
2. Close coordination with salesmen to ensure all invoices are generated in HHT
3. Ensure HHT – SAP synchronization is complete and data is posted accurately
4. Coordination with LSC team for van stock loading
5. Periodic and surprise stock count of selected vans
6. Market visit for credit verification for selected routes and outlets (OCS)
7. Daily sales analysis and reporting
8. Expense claims review, posting in SAP and approval for payments (subject to authorized limit)
9. Keep track of market signage / shop facia signs (commercial asset)
10. Ensure safe custody of relevant financial record for audit
11. Any other task assigned by line manager
