• Dispensing chronic medications to all Medcom clients according to Medcom exclusions and table of benefits in a fixed schedule per month.
• Arranging deals with drug stores to have the most cost-saving offers after the high management approval.
• Set and maintain department job responsibilities and objectives.
• Medication ordering, preparing, entering it on Medcom system to be deducted from each member's utilization Pool then calculate co-payment to be collected from the client.
• Making a plan for the most efficient & time saving procedures regarding any new responsibility to the whole department and manage it between all the department officers according to work flow.
• Approve and sign any vacations and overtime (when needed) for my department.
• Contacting any other departments for any requests ( ex: accounting department for preparing cash for orders, reception for stationary supplies….etc )
