Ensure accurate data entry regarding maintenance activities of team and assist in analysing past data to optimize processes in future

Assist in preparation of preventive maintenance schedule.

• Communicate the maintenance schedule to operations on a regular basis
• Provide system support for all activities in the Technical department
• Coordinate with technicians to obtain information about maintenance work and enter in the system (generation of work order for each and every activity conducted by technical team on the equipment)
• Ensure compliance with Fatal Risk Standards
• Ensure compliance with Safe Work Practices
• Ensure compliance with HSE policy
• Reporting accidents and ‘near misses’ in accordance with defined safety procedures
