Title: Computer Systems Support Analyst
Salary: 280,511 SAR
Support Analyst for network and desktop infrastructure support. The primary work location will be in Riyadh but occasional travel to other locations within country may be required. This position requires a customer focused hands-on technical analyst with the ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment.
Required skills, qualifications and experience
• Experience supporting and imaging Windows 10 devices.
• Detailed knowledge of supporting Microsoft Office 2013/365 applications.
• Experience with remote desktop support.
• Experience with mobile device (iOS) support desired but not required.
• Ability to train and advise clients on how best to use various software packages or hardware.
• Experience with Windows Server Operating systems and servers desired but not required.
• Experience with support of laptop hardware (HP and/or Dell desired).
• Experience with disk encryption and secure environments.
• Knowledge and experience of Cisco switches/routers on LAN/WAN/WIFI networks.
• Experience of Firewalls (Juniper) is desired but not required.
• High comfort with AV/IT equipment (servers, touch screens, projectors, etc.)
• Ability and willingness to travel within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and an occasional international trip.
• Good written and verbal English language communication skills.
• Ability to work independently without appreciable direction.
• Ability to write, update and maintain written processes and procedures.
• Strong analytical problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot network and desktop issues
• Appropriate Microsoft & Cisco Certifications or ability to demonstrate skills.
• College Degree in related IT field or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialised technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical tasks and 3 or more years of experience.
