Verifying quantities within payment applications, valuing completed work and arranging payments.
Performing materials take-offs, from earthwork thru completion.
Preparing tender and contract documents, reviewing bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
Performing risk and value management and cost control.
Advising on procurement strategy, methods of construction, value analysis.
Conduct value engineering surveys of documents and specifications.
Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks.
Preparing and analyzing, costing for tenders;
Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports.
Attention to details and ability to work with various stakeholders will be required.
