• Identify and collect payment of overdue invoices through proactive planning, prioritisation and execution of daily call cycles
• Maintain good relationships with customers within portfolio
• Maintain quality collection data accurately and in a timely manner
• Credit control chasing by telephone, email and EDI
• Reviewing debtor ledger; putting overdue accounts on hold and communicating to business
• Ensuring credit insurance process is followed, including notifying insurer of overdue debts and identifying claims
• Helping with credit note resolution
• Keeping record of contact and any queries arising
• Running weekly aged debtor report, on ageing and overdue balances, and providing commentary
