• Ascertaining customer requirements with a view to adding new customers, and sustaining customer loyalty, in line with the strategic targets and policies of the Bank; exploring and realizing possibilities of selling products and services to existing and potential customers through appropriate channels such as visiting, e-mailing, or calling, etc., and managing activities oriented to encourage customers to use alternative distribution channels.
• Preparing required documentation and call reports after visiting customers or ensuring such documentation is prepared, and timely feedback is given to the customer by following up problems and requests raised by the customer.
• Ensuring a customer registration number is created for any newly acquired customer of the Bank by obtaining all required information and documents, and checks required by Saudi Arabian-Know Your Customer regulations are implemented and annual customer due diligence information and documentation are dully submitted.
• Informing the portfolio customers about all types of banking products, receiving their applications, instructions, and contracts; preparing request notes regarding the sale of appropriate products and convey them to the operations; supervising all transactions to ensure that they are implemented correctly; and carrying out post-sales monitoring.
