MEST is seeking for an ERP Account Managers to join our team, for the following regions:

• Riyadh Region.
• 
  
• Mecca Region.
• 
  
• Al-Qassim Region
• 
  
• Al-Madina Region
• 
  

 

We are expanding our services and business leadership in the Professional Services industry in the Kingdom.

Duties:

1. Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
   
2. Prospect for email marketing solution chances with associations, colleges and universities.
   
3. Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and set appointments.
   
4. Qualify prospects as per sales plan, budget and decision making.
   
5. Offer products and services to qualified clients.
   
6. Run demos for prospects, develop presentations and adapt sales collateral.
   
7. Handle sales process from prospecting through close and understand process.
   
8. Build and document sales activities in company CRM software and document activities.
   
9. Prepare and engage in business development team status meetings.
   
10. Engage in educational meetings on product development and updates.
    
11. Coordinate with management team to enhance sales presentation.
    
12. Meet productivity metrics as per management team’s directions.
    
13. Handle customer presentation, quotes, RFIs and RFPs.
    
14. Focus on horizontal markets and handle key prospects relationships.
