Preparing monthly financial statements, e.g. B/S, I/S, C/F, etc.
Managing a team work of accountants.
Restructured, established, and refined the whole chart of accounts.
Reviewing & approving the daily financial operations & transactions.
Adhering to timely month end closing five working days.
Established, revised, & organized the internal control structure of the business.
Reviewing external audit reports.
Cooperating with external auditors to complete their tasks properly.
Attending the general management recurring meetings to discuss the periodicfinancial reports.
Providing necessary financial analysis to management.
Practicing Daily cash management based on the adopted business policy.
Plus,controlling properly the petty cash system has been adopted.
Controlling the collection processes from customers during the periodic meetingswith sales dept.
Established a cost accounting system suitable to manufacturing operations.
Approving Reconciliations on monthly basis for all the Bank accounts.
Approving Reconciliations on monthly basis for all suppliers accounts.
Approving the monthly payroll prior the actual payment.
