• Be creative and innovative with promoting the brand.
• Design posts and ads for social media.
• Manage and implement social media strategies.
• Preplan, propose, schedule, and implement upcoming cultural and religious events. (Eid, National day, etc).
• Propose plans to encourage online reviews to increase our rating on social media websites and apps.
• Manage customer queries online.
• Plan strategies to maintain relationship with current customers and reach out to new customers.
• Monitor trends and encourage adoption of social media tools.
• Retain customers at individual levels. (via Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, emails, What’s App, SMS, and future marketing platforms).
• Preplan ways to boost sales during low season.
• Report on monthly performances.
• Maintain and improve brand image.
• Work with Finance team to determine effectiveness of imposed strategies & marketing plans
• Determine future market trends and plan accordingly.
