The Company:
A multi-award winning home-grown contemporary Japanese restaurant, bar & lounge in UAE is opening a new venue in Riyadh - KSA.
The Role:
The Head Chef will assist in launching the company’s first location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Major Responsibilities:
• Emphasis on implementing consistency in quality and presentation that adhere to company’s standards
• Effective at cost control and maintaining vendor relationships
• Maintaining food safety and sanitation practices in compliance with the municipal health department standards
• Hands on in the operation and therefore should be proficient in all sections of the kitchen
• Ensuring the successful ongoing profitable operations and to maintain consistent Standards of Operations
• Act as a support mechanism to the venue management; venue GM's, Staff, and the Finance Team.
