Interior Design Job Description:
Scope:
Optimize the operation of the site; manage staff; ensure full compliance with Safety regulations and with operating policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Meet with client to prepare design concept and other requirements.
● Validate project documents: drawings, specifications, BOQ, schedules, etc.
● Submit regular reports to the Management: schedule updates, materials required, change orders. etc.
● Motivate subordinates.
● Site supervision: discuss, submit, explain and check all details with technicians & Subcontractors.
● Ensure projects are on schedule.
● Meet with clients during project execution to take their suggestions.
● Initiate Purchase Order for projects materials required depend on project specifications.
Education Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Experience:
Five (5) to Ten (10) years of experience in similar industry.
