POSITION OBJECTIVE: أهداف الوظيفة
The Helpdesk and Support Specialist/ Sr. Specialist, is responsible for providing technical hardware, software and office automation support to AFS users. Also, diagnose technical issues and implements office automation solutions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:المهام و المسؤليات1
1. Installs and configures PC’s computer hardware, software, printers, and scanners.
2. Plans and performs maintenance schedules.
3. Evaluates potential systems by testing new programs compatibility with existing infrastructure.
4. Troubleshoots and solves computer software and hardware problems.
5. Repairs equipment and replaces parts.
6. Sets up new users' accounts and manages profile credentials.
7. Records, tracks and documents all help desk requests and resolutions.8 Installs and configures computer hardware.
