Project Manager
Maintain IT/Business relationship
– Serve as the primary contact point for the business/IT communications.
– Establish and manage trusting customer relationships with key personnel in business.
Manage the business demand for IT projects
– Plan and forecast IT demand and determine resource implications through annual budgeting process and ongoing demand management process.
– Assess and define the business IT needs to identify and shape opportunities for new IT solutions.
– Facilitate/Participate in the IT demand process and manage the business requirements.
– Collaborating with the Business to identify opportunities to improve Business KPIs through value added IT solutions.
Facilitate the delivery of IT projects
– Assist IT project delivery, as needed (e.g., acquire resources, communicate IT constraints, change management…etc.)
– Interfaces with the other IT functional teams and the Business Units to develop IT plans to meet the needs of the Business.
– Participate in IT Governance/Management meetings and track project portfolio progress.
– Remain aware of enterprise efforts and recommend combining like projects.
Facilitate Innovation
– Proactively identify opportunities for IT to add value to the Business
– Proactively identify possible areas of improvement with IT to improve service delivery
Continuous Improvement:
– Analyze performance of existing systems, processes, people and policies, and perform required upgrades, ensure corrective actions are taken to enable best-in-class service offerings
– Manage and analyze customer feedback and complaints into resolution and perform RCAs.
