Our Client: A market leader in the beverage industry is looking for Legal Manager.
Your Role:
You will responsible for overseeing all legal matters and providing legal consultancy, guidance and direction to all entities, which will include conveyancing litigation or disputes, corporate governance, labor and employment and regulatory matters with GOSI.
Drafting, reviewing and advising on various types of contracts in various areas of law, licensing agreements, joint venture agreements, supply agreements, co-packing agreements logistics/warehousing/transport agreements.
Preparation of internal regulations, organizational structures within various business and trade institutions.
Conducting legal research by utilizing various resources and selecting the relevant material to analyze the legal information.
