- Prepare and recommend overall Project Logistics Plan to efficiently and effectively coordinate the allocating and scheduling of material, equipment and personal resources to achieve the project master plan.
- Review and follow-up on the Logistics Plan and recommend revisions as necessary to match the revised installation and commission plan.
- Implement overall Project Logistics Guidelines
- Prepare overall Project Logistics Procedures and ensure implementation by employees and contractors.
- Coordinate with the clearance company and other shipping companies and forwards
- Being abreast with changes in the Customs Clearance and Product Compliance regulations of KSA
- Work in advance to ensure timely clearance of the shipments in Pipeline
