Ensure regular check on all air-conditioning units, Chillers & Freezers.
Carry out checks on all electrical wirings in and around the stores for preventive safety measures.
Ensure that all Fire Extinguishers equipment's are well in place in the location where it can easily get in cases of Fire.
Carry out re-painting and carpentry jobs to store equipment's whenever it may requires.
Replace the Damaged tiles in the floorings
Check all Plumbing connections in all areas of the stores to avoid water wastage.
Damage Ceilings to be fixed immediately.
Repair and replace worn out motor compressor parts, filters and refrigerator oil.
Make a Preventive maintenance on all Bakery machines and equipments (re-oiling and re-greasing).
Replace all busted bulbs with new ones.
Check or re-modify air outlets for AC units whenever it may be required.
Check all Ice Maker Machines.
Comply with the company's policies and procedures at all times.

Any other related tasks assigned by the direct manager.
