The role of Manager - Freight Forwarding is to ensure the overall Operational Management in Freight Forwarding activities of the Kanoo Logistics Division across the Province by;
Ensuring consistent operational excellence.
Maintaining relationships with Customers and understanding changing needs.
Liaising with Internal and external resources.
Using Global network partners to support the business.
Ensuring HSSE and Quality processes are constantly review and implemented.
Employee development across the Operational team.
Developing operational models for new and existing customers to match dynamic and changing needs.
Implementing Strategic objectives.
Main Responsibilities;
Operational Management of day to day deliverables to customers including planning and execution.
To manage HSSE and Quality and ensure objectives are met.
To drive growth, profitability improvement through cost and process efficiencies in the Logistics division through people development, quality, resource utilization and technology.
To ensure that financial objectives of the Logistics division in KSA are met.
To ensure HR objectives are met including proper staffing, training and development to meet overall vision and objectives of the Kanoo Logistics operations.
To assist where necessary in projects and initiatives being define by Senior Management.
Engage in Customer relationships as required to ensure Operation excellence and customer satisfaction.
To drive cost leadership in all areas.
To ensure efficient Supplier Management.
Ensuring good corporate governance and adherence to Group code of conduct for all activities.
