To support employees and their families who are moving to Saudi Arabia and to ensure their smooth transition into the new location by providing services including orientation, home finding, school search etc and making the assignee familiar with the local area, culture and customs
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS TASKS
Sourcing suitable accommodation for the assignee and family within the budget and timescales agreed.
Ensuring that all properties viewed are on housing itineraries prepared by Move One’s preferred real estate agent vendors.
Discussing and confirming that the services being delivered are within the agreed budget and scope of work contracted with the client. If there are any special needs or requirements confirm that these are with in the authorized guidelines of the client.
Maintaining consistent contact with the assignee throughout the service;
Providing clear and timely updates and service reports to any local Move One clients for whom they are providing services;
Immediately notifying their Destination Coordinator of any issues or challenges that may arise during a relocation service, documenting the issues/challenges the system, and placing the service on alert;
Completing any client forms related to the service;
Completing any records or forms required to track their per diem work, including but not limited to, vehicle mileage, time sheets, expense reports;
Notifying their Destination Coordinator of any planned holidays that may impact availability for work.
Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
