•Own and maintain ACCL’s organization structure, job descriptions, manpower plan, and compensation and benefits plan
•Perform role of custodian for HR policies and implement HR policies and procedures
•Develop ACCL’s manpower plan
•Develop all compensation and benefits policies in accordance with local Labor laws
•Develop remuneration policies in accordance with company strategy and suggest alternatives for remuneration and benefits to attract and retain top talent and performers while minimizing payroll costs
•Develop the annual financial reward plans together with the appropriate budgets and determine the actual HR cost
•Review and develop job descriptions in line with corporate requirements
•Conduct job evaluation when required and provide input to third parties performing evaluation
•Review and recommend competitive salary and benefit structure ensuring internal and external equity and sound salary administration processes
•Perform regular analysis of remuneration trends in KSA and the region; establish benchmarks for comparison and recommend the most suitable remuneration and rewards system for ACCL
•Develop, propose, and regularly update recognition programs to reward significant achievements of top performing employees
Assist in the development of retention plans/long-term incentive plans to facilitate the engagement of staff critical to ACCL
