Responsibilities: -
Skilled in Project Management, Operational Excellence (OE) or similar Business Improvement processes, change management or Total Quality programs,
Capable of pro-actively managing, monitor and motivating OE momentum and striving to help team identify new improvement opportunities and nurture any strengths.
Capable of pro-actively managing all aspects of Innovation & knowledge sharing implementation. Including ShareK and Idea Management System, Community of Practice activities, KPI tracking, Training & awareness.
Be able to prepare Specific OE Awareness Sessions per each defined OE Process.
Skilled in data management and KPI monitoring for Operational Excellence (OE) or similar Business processes, change management or Total Quality implementation programs,
Capable of Maintaining Data on all OE processes’ KPI’s; e.g. targets, yearly trends, etc. Input all OE KPI data and collate remarks & justifications into Corporate OE KPI Tracker and prepare reports on regular basis.
Fluent in written and spoken English
