• Coordination and liaison between Engineering-, Procurement- and Construction/Installation Department to ensure the timely availability of Construction Documents and Materials
• Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, during the Construction/Installation stage and provide technical advice
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies and performance standards through the Quality Control procedures
• Log and post, for all disciplines, all changes and as-built information
• Assist in scope review, budgeting and justification of Change Order Requests
• Responsible for document registration, routing and filing. (drawings, material submittals, production methods, T&C procedures, O&M manuals etc.)
• Coordinate and execute the project’s field engineering and QC activities as desribed in the Project Plan within the required time-frame, budget and quality;
• Lead, motivate and monitor the performance of Field Engineering and QC staff to ensure timely execution of their activities;
• Evaluation of capabilities of personnel under his supervision;
• Prepare, maintain and monitor manpower planning, schedules and budgets;
• Liaise with the Project Manager regarding resources and equipment required to meet the project targets;
• Adherence to the discipline procedures laid down by the company;
