Responsible for entire recruitment process (end to end)
* Follow up Recruitment agencies respective countries as well newly selected candidates until mobilization
* Follow up Head of departments regarding their requirement
* Source CVs and forward to department head after screening
* Arrange Air tickets for new arrival candidates.
* Arrange Airport pick up, accommodation and cash advance for newly arrival candidates with coordinating with concerned persons
* Present the orientation for newly arrived candidates and compile
personal files
* maintain General Report (Status of candidates) , visa report and
* Manage online Recruitment – E-Recruitment (bayt / LinkedIn)
* Handle Probation period Evaluation report for newly hired
employees
* Perform duty assigned by Manager
