Position Summary:
This position is the leader of a selling Team. This leader is accountable for achieving the Regional sales and profitability goals. This role provides direction and leadership to the field Regional Staff while responsible for the customer satisfaction and market share within the Regional geography.
Major Responsibilities:
• Providing quality leadership for Massadr's internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding Massadr Values at all times: inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.
• Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions.
• Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
• Sets the vision for the Region and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this vision.
• Set up sales plan in order to archive sales target required by the company. Detailing sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Support, motivate staff member to achieve individual and team target.
• Supervise daily work of sales staff.
• Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Market update report on new services, competitors, business opportunities, etc.
• Work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall services level.
• Propose, suggest, assign (as applicable) sales target, jobs responsibilities for each staff member.
• Staff performance appraisal, suggest rewarding, punishment, propose staff dismissal when applicable.
• Participate in job interview of applicants, contribute in making decision to take in successful candidates.
• Managing department database of to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available.
• Ready to travel in KSA/Out of KSA for any business needs.
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in Retail Sales, Client Relation, Contracts, Business Development, sales and marketing, key account management, sales promotion.
