• Supervision of all Health, Safety and Environment activities at sites of Electrical substation and civil constructions
• Maintaining an accurate & accessible filing system, and documents, records updating
• Handling of problems, complaints and incidents as per relevant documents
• Coordination with other departments to accelerate the flow of work
• Organizing the department’s events as meetings, trips, checks, weekly tool box, and audits
• Consolidates Safety requirements for all relevant sites, ensure the availability of Safety Equipment
• Responsible for Safety document & Records control and preparation of Emergency plans, instructions
• Verifying the execution safety plans for all projects in his area
• Plan & execute all kind of audits for all sites under his Supervision
• Responsible for all the required logistics regarding the relevant program implementation including personal protective equipment
• Participating in explaining & implementing relevant company procedures & policies to staff
• Participating in solving cases that require assistance or escalation
• Present all required reports internally and externally
• Execute all planned and schedule safety and quality tasks
• Develop relevant Charts & Statistics
• Making sure all employees following company safety regulation
• Prepare safety assessment, risk report for site activities and building, accommodation
• Prepare & execute safety awareness, orientation safety courses, self audit, drills & toolbox etc
