• Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions.
• Perform liaison duties between users, operations, and programming personnel in the areas of systems design, modifications or trouble shooting
• Manage master data processes related to SAP.
• Work cross-functionally with various business units to achieve goals and improve efficiencies.
• Utilize master data expertise to effectively and efficiently manage projects.
• Enforce established data standards and guidelines.

• Troubleshoot Master Data inquiries from other departments which may require updates on SAP
• Ensure the integrity of Master Data in SAP.
• Create and maintain a central repository for Master data.
• Report and analyze database queries for interdepartmental use, data validation, and cleansing.
• Mentor master data analysts on internal procedures and opportunities to reduce errors.
• Provide analytical data support to business
