• Monitor residents and non-residents entrance into the buildings. Provide positive customer service.
• Initiate safety and security precautions to all buildings and provide resource information.
• Report dangerous activities and/or suspicious person(s) both inside and outside of the buildings and report back to the Line manager.
• Respond to and seek out available staff to confront inappropriate behavior and security policy violations.
• Assist all Staff in emergency situations.
• Encourage others to use crime prevention resources.
• Maintain an optimum work area like clean, no crowds, keeping a duty log, maintaining a quiet and orderly environment on the ground floor, and no unauthorized guests in the booth during your shift.
• Check in and out company and client equipment to staff and monitor condition.
• Complete duties as assigned by the Line Manager
• All staff will be required to support a duty roster to enable FM MA to deliver a 24/7 365 services
