1. Positing collection of customer & credit notes.
   
2. Following collection from customers with area manager & sales team by sending aging reports.
   
3. Manage Credit Control and sales release under the supervision of Credit Control Manager.
   
4. Making management reports for all branches, sales, collection and customer ageing.
   
5. Do customer reconciliation and following balance confirmation from customers.
   
6. Create, maintain & update customer master data and new credit agreements and applications.
   
7. Keeping record of Customers LCs / guarantees / checks etc.
   
8. Filing all customers documents and related agreements.
   
9. Following auditors requests and complete audit engagement.
   
10. Filing all customers documents and related agreements.
    
11. Ensure VAT regulations for Output tax and keeping Output file with original invoices to Submit at month end.
