Develop attractive and innovative events concepts in coordination with external supplies and Regional Events Coordinators
Develop the overall events strategy and define event processes and operations to optimize cost-effectiveness and the strategic value of events, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy & values
Develop the corporate events calendar and budget, review mall-level events and budgets, and consolidate into an overall event calendar and budget
Coordinate with any departments that require a corporate event
Manage all corporate events including their organization, scheduling, and execution, and coordinate between different regions for cross-regional events
Prepare/ update event planning checklist offering guidelines to mall-level Events’ Coordinators for event execution
Provide guidance and support to mall-level Events’ Coordinators in executing the planned events
Monitor the execution and outcome of mall-level events managed by Events’ Coordinators, and complete post-event assessment
Coordinate tendering and purchasing of corporate/ national events’ services in coordination with Procurement
Manage relationships with the external event coordinators hired to execute corporate/ national event
Ensure that events are conducted in a timely manner and as per ACCL standards and guidelines
Coordinate with PR & Communications unit for any advertisement and editorial in publications and digital media to ensure optimum event participation
Develop plans and back-up activities to overcome any incidents that may occur during the execution of the events
Ensure adherence to insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations
