The Senior Project Manager shall perform the following tasks as a minimum:
Lead the planning and implementation of the PMO.
Facilitate the definition of the PMO’s scope, goals, and deliverables from a project point of view and define project tasks and resource requirements.
Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; and initiating corrective actions.
Manage project resource allocation.
Plan and schedule project timelines.
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
Provide direction and support to the project team.
Establish a Quality Assurance Program.
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the program to all stakeholders.
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
