1. Managing all the site construction and commissioning activities in accordance with the project schedule.
2. Managing all the sub-contractor and vendor activities, and report the site progress and daily activities to the PM.
3. Coordinating with store keeper for the material receiving and report material status on site to the PM.
4. Preparing SOD (shortage, overage, damage) report in cooperation with store keeper and report the findings to management.
5. Planning for all site activities and the vendor schedule on site in cooperation with PM.
6. Signing and approving all vendor daily report and time sheets.
7. Reporting all technical problems and design conflicts to the engineering team and follow up for solutions.
8. Preparing method of statements and risk assessments in cooperation with QA/QC & HSE and getting client approvals before initiating the site work.
9. Making sure that all site activities are being commenced in accordance to the health and safety instructions.
10. Making sure that all site installation and commissioning activities are being commenced as per the quality standards.
11. Coordinate with admin rep. for any site requirements.
12. Follow up with document controller and quality Rep. to make sure that all documents and test sheets are available for proper handover to the client.
13. Attending walk downs with the client for all the systems and close all the open punches (client comments).
14. Providing the basic necessities needed on a site.
15. Responsible for the welfare of staff under his supervision and will be expected to care for them when they take ill or are involved in accidents.
16. Work closely with the workers in his team, establishing a good working relationship with them.
17. Ensure that all calculations are implemented so as to be able to detect mistakes easily.
18. Has the authority to suspend or sack any worker who is incompetent.
19. Providing the basic necessities needed on a site. These include temporary office and toilets.
20. Oversee the entire project and make sure it is completed as at when due.
