· Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to Small and Medium Business (SMB) Partners and customers.
· Drive inbound and outbound calls, email and product presentations to establish and maintain relationships with existing and new SMB accounts.
· Create and update activity in regular basis to help in generation the pipeline reports.
· Develop SMB Plans with Team Members in order to successfully grow the existing SMB Accounts base.
· Manage all aspects of the SMB sales process including lead generation, qualification, evaluation, close and account management.
· Work effectively within a team environment to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer success.
· Recommend and drive internal process improvements needed to ensure high levels of Partner and Customer satisfaction.
