Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Fully authorized and responsible for the operation of spare parts, disposable supplies and tools.
2. Issues, processes and follows up purchase orders from requesting departments to Purchasing Department.
3. Checks and receives all goods/materials as per purchase order only, and if goods need technical inspection, the same must be consulted or referred to the requesting Supervisor or Manager.
4. All goods/materials must be fully labeled and arranged in proper places.
5. Issues spare parts, disposable supplies and tools using Issue Slip duly signed by supervisor, requisitioned and approved by department manager.
6. To issue expensive spare parts only upon presentation of the damaged one and duly approved by the department manager.
7. Maintains orderly lines of all spare parts for machine and disposable supplies.
8. Maintains Borrower's Slip for all tools going out from the store.
9. Maintains minimum and maximum stock level to avoid shortage of stock and tying up to much capital.
10. Computerize records of P.O., receive and issue of all stocks under Storekeeper control.
11. Produce Monthly Inventory print-out reports of all stocks issued for the month and stock balance at the end of the month, then submit them to the Finance & Admin. Departments after approval from Prod./Tech. Manager(s).
