Job description
Join our expanding team that is passionate about solution-oriented sales of 3D Printing/Additive Manufacturing and 3D scanning. Work with high performing co-workers to support innovation in the region and build relationships with a variety of industry leaders.
We are currently seeking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team of professionals for our Riyadh Branch
Roles and responsibilities:
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations on 3D scanning & printing equipment.
• Provide rapid response technical support for a wide variety of customers in many disciplines and industries as per company procedures.
• Troubleshoot, maintenance and repair issues related to 3D scanning & printing equipment as well as facility machines and systems.
• Understand the sales process to provide effective technical support.
• Document, track, and follow up with customer issues to complete resolution.
• Maintain repository of all documents.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
