Duties & Responsibilities:
- 1. Oversee, coordinate and monitor the maintenance of all instruments and their control.
- Maintains instruments in good running condition and conducts trials on repaired instruments and equipment.
- Trouble shoots PLC based control system.
- Trouble shooting / maintenance / fault finding of all electronic drive system.
- Pass on any relevant information that will benefit the company and its policies.
- Report to supervisor or department manager any issues of maintenance, breakdown or safety that he deems necessary for discussion.
- Responsible for his own safety and the safety of other colleagues, whilst working near or with other colleagues. Leaving his working place tidy and safe for production personnel to carry out their task.
- Assist in the installation of new machinery or re-sited equipment.
- Electrical Panel building supervision.
