Job brief
We are looking for Export coordinator who will elaborate with and ensure the long-term success of our customers.
You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs.
Job description:
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our International customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
• Receiving customers orders.
• Checking the PO (prices, logistics, etc--) and inform the customer if there is any problem in the PO.
• Confirming the PO delivery date to the customer after getting the factory approval on the PO and communicate with the customer in case any issue is raised.
• Issuing customers invoices.
• Booking the customers POs on their system.
• Handle the bookings with the carriers.
• Handle the trucking.
• Follow the PO delivery to the customer.
• Checking customers complain if there is any.
