•Operation of equipment according to instruction and operation manual.
•To maintain and further develop a good working environment.
•Ensure that change of certain parameters reading is done in consultation with Production supervisor.
•Report any reference value abnormality to Production foreman.
•Report all abnormalities to production foreman and troubleshooting technician.
•Keep the rules of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
•Keep equipment and all production facilities in a high cleaning condition. Minimum according to instruction.
•Ensure low material waste.
•To relive other operator during break time.
•To reject raw material out of standard range.
•To maintain minimum raw material near working area.
•Responsible for the operation of capping unit and filling caps in the dispenser.
•SQ filling machine operator is also responsible for labeling machine and Bottle washer.
•Responsible to keep the surrounding working area clean.
•Strictly follow the sound test of bottle mainly while starting production and also every batch changes.
•Responsible for data entering in domino printer.
•Use proper safety wares such as gloves, glasses etc. while handling chemicals.
