ALS is establishing a full service analytical laboratory in Saudi Arabia via a joint venture with a local business partner, Ma’amel – called ALS Arabia. This enterprise will construct a number of commercial laboratories within the Kingdom to provide services to the Environmental, Mining, Oil & Gas and Food industries within Saudi Arabia and the other Gulf States.
ALS Arabia is seeking an experienced Microbiologist to become part of the initial start up team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with the Quality Procedures Manual;
• Prioritising daily workloads;
• Monitoring instrument performance and ensuring compliance with the laboratory’s QC requirements;
• Preparing standards for sample analysis;
• Maintaining relevant documentation.
This is a permanent full-time position with a salary commensurate based upon skills and qualifications.
