Contacts with suppliers/service providers or companies (national and international)including the preparation of any Request for any project.
Preparing technical and commercial envelopes for tenders.
Upon receipt of the approval to award, finalize the agreements and prepare the formalcontract documents for signature by the Client and subcontractor.
Arranging and attending meetings, as well as taking minutes.
Negotiating contract terms, conditions and remuneration with vendors/contractors Negotiating Purchase Order and Contract change orders.
Verifies all materials, equipment and supplies received to ensure that they conform toshipping documents/packing list/purchase order specifications and ensures that they areproperly identified and staged.
Developing and managing vendor/contractor relationships and performance
Register all claims for extra work and process as a contemplated change in accordancewith the project instructions, recommending project back-charges where applicable.
Technical study of any incoming offers.
Monitoring of projects during application.
Project design and drawing via ACAD
Selection of materials, specifications or products required (if customer has norecommendation), based on system standards.
Having a very knowledgeable of Freight Forwarding and Logistics processes.
Supply and apply engineering components .
