1- Participate in Project’s Bidding Stage and work for EPC Tenders
2- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
3- Oversee in creating a detailed work plan (schedule) which identifies and sequences the activities , resources that are needed to successfully complete the project
4- In consultation with the management, recruit, interview and select staff with appropriate skills for the project execution activities and also to manage/control the project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization for successful completion of the project
5- Execute the project according to project plan within scope and within budget
6- Prepare / review progress/financial reports for the project issued to management and for clients
7- Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly)
8- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
9- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
10- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
11- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
12- Report and escalate the issued and risks to the management as needed
13- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
14- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
15- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
16- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
17- Execute any other duties as required by the management
