At Interserve Rezayat, the QHSE Manager is a disciplined, highly motivated, and safety conscious individual that will provide direction and development for the companies Quality and H&S Systems. Highly mobile, in terms of site inspections and mobilizing sites to the requisite standard for Quality and H&S, the QHSE Manager has the responsibility to ensure site compliance to companies Quality, Health and Safety policies and procedures. The QHSE Manager will have audit experience and will be a very experienced manager with relevant experience in support of the required duties.
Main Tasks:
- Maintain staff’s training and refresher training up to date.
- Take ownership of the QHSE and QMS obligations for the company
- Perform routine site inspections for quality and H&S to verify compliance.
- Develop procedures and process’ in support of H&S and Quality services to sites.
- Attend site meetings with client and site teams to drive the quality and safety programs for contracts.
- To ensure that KPIs are maintained and improved to meet and exceed targets.
