JOB PURPOSE:
Liaise with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences; Source, interview and select applicants who meet the specified criteria for the position as per the company policy. Finding and hiring the best-qualified candidate for a job opening, in a timely and cost-effective manner.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Working closely with the line manager to understand, determine & deliver manpower needs of a particular business unit.
• Update the manpower plan and Reviewing under process report with line manager.
• Coordinate with line managers to decide on proper visa categories in accordance to the updated requirements.
• Distribute Manpower requirements for his division (Unit) among himself and his team members.
• Arrange for necessary business trips with recruitment agencies and line managers.
• Conduct initial interviews and nominate selected candidates for final interview.
• Monitor the under process candidates and take necessary action to overcome any obstacle.
• Check salary ranges of companies working in similar industries.
• Seeking feedback from line managers on joined candidates to build on success stories.
• Identify the best geographical locations in the target countries for specific talents/ jobs/qualification.
• Negotiate and finalize employment letters for selected candidates.
