Job Summary:
To develop and Maintain proper Supply chain relationships through following and monitoring service dashboard and manage smooth execution of the order-to-cash cycle
Job Accountabilities:
Ensure the order-to-cash cycle
Contributing to the cost performance of the Business Units.
Identify the customers’ needs define related strategy, Manage the Customer Care policy and priorities.
Follow up on the performance objectives through the dashboards (customers’ service, cost to serve), ensuring the smooth execution of the order-to-cash cycle
Deliver the Supply Chain Management Standards of the Group (cut off, tariff, sales terms and conditions)
Ensure proper execution of the credit policy defined with the Financial and Controlling Director and
Develop the collaboration with the customers (data exchanges, shared KPI’s, flows optimization, cost follow-up, OSA, stock in trade, B to B portal etc.)
Sharing and reliability of information related to the clients within the organization (Demand Planning, physical distribution, sales, controlling).
The improvement of the processes and information systems related to the customers service activity
Animate and train other divisions Teams to the best practices and tools related .
Drive system efficiency and Ensure relevant governance
Effective resource planning
Manage customer escalations
Qualification and Experince :
BSC Degree in Business related major.
4-6 years of experience in Distributors customer service.
