Responsibilities Operational/Technical

• Specifies at a strategic level the business functions and data subjects needed to support future business and digital services, thereby enabling the development of an Information Architecture.
• Establishes and communicates the organization's digital strategy, developing it as an integrated part of the business strategy.
• Directs digital resources, to create value for the stakeholders by improving the performance of the organization, whilst maintaining the principles of professional standards, accountability, openness, equality and diversity and clarity of purpose.
• Responsible for compliance with regulations, standards and codes of good practice relating to information and records management, information assurance and data protection.
• Maintains an awareness of the global needs of the organization, and promotes (to both information systems and business management) the benefits that a common approach to information and communications technology deployment will bring to the business as a whole. Coordinates the promotion, acquisition, development, and implementation of information systems and services in close liaison with those responsible for management and strategy.
• Carries out risk assessment within a defined functional or technical area of business. Uses consistent processes for identifying potential risk events, quantifying and documenting the probability of occurrence and the impact on the business. Refers to domain experts for guidance on specialized areas of risk, such as architecture and environment. Co-ordinates the development of countermeasures and contingency plans.
• Responsible for defining, planning and maintaining Independent services organization accreditation Process (ITIL, ISO 20K, etc.)
• Assisting IT Emerging Technologies, Strategy & Performance Management Manager as required in various initiatives and activities.
• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring QMS processes adhered to and enhanced continuously.
• Perform Process Compliance Reviews as per ITIL/ISO 20K/CMMi framework.
• Conduct quality improvement council meetings and highlight the best practices to drive customer satisfaction and compliance programs.
• Provide independent assessment of projects to Sr. Management and to improve team productivity.
